As a dynamic and rapidly growing team, being physically together enables a low-meeting culture where everyone can collaborate effectively and efficiently. ai.pt has a hybrid model, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days/week and the option to work from home up to 2 days/week.
The current ai.pt temporary office is located in Alcântara, near the LX Factory. The new office will open in October 2023 in central Lisbon, as well as opening other offices in Porto and other major cities in Portugal in 2024.
